French Firms Plan Agric Trade Mission to Nigeria
Nineteen French companies are expected to hit the shores of Nigeria for an agricultural trade expo to drive the nation’s agricultural sector and also build relationships to boost Nigeria’s non-oil export trade.
Organisers of the fair, Promosalons Nigeria, said the fair tagged: “SPACE 2015”, scheduled to hold from the 28th to 30th April 2015, at the Landmark Convention Centre Lagos, will attract key stakeholders in the agriculture, livestock, food, beverage, packaging technology and the hospitality industry.
Managing Director, Promosalons Nigeria, Mr. Akin Akinbola said: “This is a great opportunity for Nigerian Companies in this Industry to secure business partnerships with visiting French companies, as participants will be able to build relationships and contacts with a view to increasing their international trade.”
He added that SPACE is the second largest livestock trade show, maintaining that it is an excellent vector for developing employment in agriculture thanks to its unique and diverse offering of top quality facilities and services.

He pointed out that these 19 French companies are in conjunction with the French Association for the Development of International Trade in Agricultural and Food Processing Techniques (ADEPTA).
He noted that in preparation for SPACE 2015, Promosalons Nigeria, the official and exclusive representative of SPACE in Nigeria will be having a stand at the French Pavilion to aide prospective visitors to SPACE 2015 by pre-registering them as well as give a more concise demonstration of the event in France
