MAAN HOLDS 7th PRACTICAL MARITIME DISPUTE RESOLUTION SEMINAR

The Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria (MAAN) in collaboration with the Nigerian Shippers’ Council will hold its 7th Practical Maritime Dispute Resolution Seminar on Wednesday, 20th & Thursday, 21st of May 2015 at the Colonades Hotel, 21, Alfred Rewane Road (Formerly Kingsway Road), Ikoyi, Lagos at 8.00 am. The Seminar is designed to provide participants with deep insight regarding ADR and Arbitration in the Maritime industry. The Seminar brings together a wide range of interesting topics presented by leading practitioners in the Maritime Industry and practitioner in the field of Arbitration/ ADR. Considerable time on the second day would be devoted to an interactive moot and mock process based on a bill of lading dispute. The interactive moot and mock session would be coordinated by the Young Members Group of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) Nigerian Branch.
