WISCAR to Hold Seminar

The Women in Successful Career (WISCAR) said they have concluded plan to hold an interpersonal effectiveness career seminar in Lagos on May 23rd. The WISCAR School of Excellence is a structured competency based development programme, targeted at enhancing strong leadership skills, building individual capacity for personal mastery and overall workplace effectiveness based on the career interests and goals of participants. The programme is designed to address specific competency gaps and equip individuals with the critical skills necessary to progress their careers. The WIN-with-WISCAR School of Excellence is structured around a 3-tier curriculum with each phase addressing various levels of the person-organization interface namely personal effectiveness, inter personal and organisational effectiveness. Each tier is a School of Excellence in the WIN-with-WISCAR Journey. “Focusing on enhancing skills relating to individuals and also of others in social settings, the WISCAR School of Inter-Personal Effectiveness is focused on developing those competencies an individual requires to thrive in any circumstance they are faced with in an organization whilst they achieve their highest potential and be the very best they can be.“The learning session will incorporate the use of interactive lectures with detailed question and answer sessions, case studies and group exercises/ discussions,” a notice from the group added.
