Organic Relaxer Re-launches in Nigeria

As part of the ways to sustain its popularity among consumers, Organic Relaxer, popularly known as ‘Organics’, has been re-launched in Nigeria. The product, which comes from the stable of the House of Cheatham in Georgia, USA, is said to be best known for its originality and quality over the decades.

According to the Vice President, International Sales of the company, Ms. Trevious Tucker, House of Cheatham was established in 1920 in the US and is widely distributed across the world.

She explained that the promoters of Organic in the Nigerian market have put a measure in place to ensure that the product gets to its customers without hitches by appointing a local distributor; CHF Heron, which supervises the safety of the container from the US to Lagos. This development according to her makes things easier than when it was being shipped in without a local middleman.

The VP also explained that the recent approval from NAFDAC with a registered no further conferred some authenticity and originality on the product.According to the company, the shipping process is also different now from the past when it was distributed to several distributors without registration numbers.

But with the relaunch, the company has engaged in a new phase with its new brand activities.

In a related development, a statement issued recently indicated that salespersons from CHF Heron had to undergo a large training session before they were deployed to shops and stores to market and sell the products. The same treatment was also said to have been extended to end users who were educated on how to use the product efficiently.

After the training, one of the stylists, Philonese West, was quoted as saying; “The story behind the relaxing process is to make sure we improve our healing treatment, the health therapy process because the process should not add stress to your hair texture,”

“We find it very important to make sure that our relaxing system includes healing therapy, because you will have to transform that hair back into the system.

“So, all the components in the treatment helps to keep the hair healthy and transform it from its natural pattern to straight pattern, it will totally rearrange your hair.”
