Addressing the media after the inspection tour, the company’s Head of Sales, Mrs. Ibitayo Ogbebor, said the architectural master piece of the houses will no doubt change the perception of how Nigerians invest in houses in Paris, London, New York and Dubai, adding that Mikasa homes can be compared with the best cosmopolitan houses built anywhere in the world.
Ogbebor averred that the houses present a sophisticated new concept in living, patterned after the emerging international boutique concept popularized in cities like London, New York, and Francisco.
According to her, Mikasa homes are stylish and intelligently designed by top architectural and interior design firms, adding that the houses are exclusive, tastefully designed with elegant interiors and modern facilities. Mikasa residences will provide residents with a unique lifestyle, she said.
She said: “Today’s event is to bring this estate to the knowledge of the general public as the standard of the house is next to non and cosmopolitan in nature as it is coming with proper luxury living, and once you get into the estate you completely forget everything that is outside the town.
“I’m sure that you can see evidence of that here, the facilities and everything here is underground except for the street lights. The water, ICT, sewage pipes are all underground.”
On the quality of houses being built by developers across the country, she said: “We have looked around and see that there are a lots of affordable housing as people would like to call it, but is the quality right, the answer is no.
“So we are giving people luxurious elegant options for a good price that is value for money. Like I said a lot of people go abroad to invest in house because they cannot get the kind of cosmopolitan building that you get in New York, Paris, London and Dubai.”
