Buyers of Fara Park Homes Can Pay Later, Says MD

-

Prospective buyers of homes in Fara Park Estate along the Lekki-Epe corridor in Lagos State have been given an opportunity to move into their homes and pay for them over a long period.

According to Mr. Kola Ashiru-Balogun, the Managing Director of ARM Properties, developers of the estate, “The biggest benefit is that they can pay over longer period of time for a property that is ready today. Only few developers can do that. Think about it, I have a house ready today and I tell you to pay over a longer period; only few developers can afford to do that.”

He stated this at the sale of the remaining homes in the estate to prospective buyers at discounted rates. “We are doing a close-out- sale of all the remaining houses to the public at discounted prices.

“As you can see from the environment here, Fara Park is a middle income development. The biggest benefit is that buyers can pay over a period of a longer time for a property that is ready today. Think about it, I have a house ready today and I tell you to pay over a longer period, only few developers can afford to do that.”

The estate comprises a three en-suite bedrooms, L-shaped living and dining room, fitted kitchen, laundry store, upstairs family room, approximate 3.85 x 7.85metre garden, private gated 24-hour security estate, swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball court with 24-hour electricity. He said prospective buyers being sought are the existing residents, the middle income class and also the general public. “The residents have actually leaved here and they have seen the benefits of living here. So they can testify to the benefits.”

On the sales, he said the turnout has been good, especially for the residents, explaining that “You can buy a flat and subsequently decide to move into a bigger house but what we find out is that it is the same residents that are doing this.

“When you look at the estate you will see that it is discounted. The same price we are selling here is the same at our other properties. To us, it is a close-out; we just want to finalise this project and move up to another.
