Latest Technologies to Feature as Archibuilt Begins Today

Futuristic architecture, technologies and other forms of innovation in the housing and construction industry will be the focus of this year’s Archbuilt.

According to the Director Exposition, Archibuilt 2015, Arc Mobolaji Adeniyi, Archibuilt, the biggest annual building expo will open in Abuja today.

The five-day event organized by Archbuilt Development Services Limited (ADSL) is gathering of key players in the building industry.

It showcases innovations, latest technologies and orientations in architecture and the construction sector.

“It is during Archibuilt that stakeholders proffer solutions to building and construction as well as environmental challenges.

It also provides marketing opportunity for construction and building materials, he said.

This year, many manufacturers, fabricators, importers/ exporters, suppliers and installers of building materials will showcase the best of what they have.

Building contractors, remodeling contractors, facility managers, home builders will be present.

Legislators, government officials, agencies and nongovernmental organization will be in attendance.

The theme of this year’s Archibuilt is Solutions for Everyday Living (Part 2).

Archibuilt is brainchild of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).

This is one of the avenues through architects contribute to national discuss and evolution of national policies.

Archibuilt equally produces a compendium of building materials available to the building and construction industry in Nigeria.

The governor of Kaduna Sate, His Excellency Nasir el-Rufai will open Archibuilt 2015 while the chairman of ADSL Arc. Jimoh Faworaja is the Chief Host.
