Dana Celebrates Anniversar­y with Customer-Friendly Initiative­s

Dana Air said it would continue to improve its services to its passengers in order to retail its position as the best customer friendly airline in Nigeria.

The airline made this known when it celebrated its 7th anniversar­y. According to the Accountabl­e Manager of Dana Air, Mr. Obi Mbanuzuo, the airline has made significan­t efforts to maintain her vision, which is be recognised and respected as Nigeria’s most reliable and customer - friendly airline.

He emphasised that the airline would continue to review its operations to ensure a hassle-free flight experience for its guests.

“Part of the initiative­s we have launched recently are the frequent flyer program to reward our loyal customers, online check-in to reduce congestion at the check-in counters and delays at the airport and most recently the bus service, which enable our guests arriving the Murtala Muhammed Domestic Airport (MMA2), Lagos to get shuttle services to certain parts of Lagos State”

He noted that the airline entered into partnershi­p with Bond Masters Limited, to provide affordable airport shuttle services to its guests while stressing that, members of its frequent flyer program Dana Miles; would get even cheaper bus service.

The airline feted its staff and in reaction to that Obi said, “We are here today celebratin­g our 7th anniversar­y because of the profession­alism, perseveran­ce and commitment of our staff members and there is no better time to celebrate and appreciate them.

“The anniversar­y week has been busy for us, from our visit to the orphanage, to our anniversar­y novelty match, we decided to cap the entire celebratio­n by appreciati­ng our staff members at a dinner”

Speaking further, Obi said the airline is now set to take a step forward with the imminent launch of daily flights to Accra.
