Investing in an air purifier is an investment in one’s health; our exposure to poor indoor air quality puts us at risk for a number of ailments, including allergies, asthma, and respiratory issues. The average person spends more time inside, it only makes sense to take care of the indoor air we breathe while inside. The indoor air is often much more polluted than the air outside thus the need to purify the indoor air. Using an air purifier helps create cleaner, healthier air in homes and offices, this further helps to prevent air quality-related health conditions.

The LG Electronics’ air purifier comes in as a way to go, the highly effective AS35GVGG0 model, employs state-of-the-art air filtration technologies to rid of invisible air pollutants. Sand dust, formaldehyde, particulate matter, pollen, dust mites and other harmful airborne contaminants such as sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2), it’s a comprehensive air purifying solution. The purifier bagged the 2014 Red Dot Design Award and an International Design Excellence Award (IDEA), with a unique circular shape that adds a touch of stylish appeal.

Air purifier greatly improves air quality in homes; the LG air purifier utilises an array of advanced filters to keep invisible pollutants at bay. The first line of defense is provided by the Dual Protection filter, which removes large dust particles, hair, pet fur and even bacteria from the environment. Next, the Allergy HEPA Filter powered by 3M Tech does its part, combating particulate matter, sand dust, allergens, pollen and mold. The Triple Care filter then rids the home of formaldehyde (92 per cent, 2 hours), a highly toxic chemical that has the potential to cause serious illness, within only one hour of operation. It also removes smog-causing pollutants, such as sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and reduces the presence of nasty smells. For a final round of purification, the Plasmaster Ionizer sends out over two million Plasmaster ions to sterilise the air; protecting users against potentially harmful contaminants including viruses, allergens and bacteria.

It features an LED smart indicator that makes it possible for users to check pollution levels at- a- glance. It’s Smart and effective, LG’s air quality solution automatically adjusts fan speed to ensure optimal performance. It also comes equipped with the One Touch Color filter system (a convenient color-coded setup) that makes each filter easier to identify and removed for cleaning purposes. To help conserve energy and keep the consumer’s power bills down, its Low Power Standby mode, minimises electricity consumption when the units are not in use.

Clean, fresh air is essential for good health and is especially important where children and babies are, thus air purifying solution is not wasted investment, in fact it should be a must have appliance for every home. Especially homes and offices where dust and particle trappers like rugs, curtains and upholstery are used.
