The Next Titan Season 3: The Heat Is On
Heritage Bank’s sponsored entrepreneurial competition show, which is Nigeria’s foremost entrepreneurial Reality TV Show; The Next Titan is getting hotter week by week. The closer to the finish line, the hotter it seems to get for The Next Titan’s contestants as they battle their way up to the top for a grand prize of five million naira and a brand new 10 million Ford EcoSport by the official Automotive Sponsor, Coscharis Ford Motors.
It’s been six weeks of competition, six weeks of meeting targets, six weeks of mind drilling tasks for these contestants and six weeks of facing The Next Titan’s judges – Mr. Kyari Bukar, Chairman Nigerian Economic Summit Group; Mr. Tonye Cole, CEO, Sahara Group; Mr. Chris Parkes, Chairman/CEO, CPMS Africa; and Mrs. Lilian Olubi, CEO Primera Africa Securities Ltd; asides from other guest judges such as Mrs. Celine Loader among others have been shaping these contestants into the future entrepreneurs of tomorrow. With a license to judge, we have watched these judges execute their final decisions on the contestants weekly as their fate on the show is determined at the end of the day in a Board room where contestants tackle each other’s teams and critically scrutinise the task given to both teams to carry out during the week. As part of the road maps in becoming an entrepreneur, you must have a team of great minds that can see the big picture of the company and help the company win big, same goes for the contestants of The Next Titan as they are paired into two separate teams, with a total of 48 to 72 hours to carry out their tasks, the contestants have to go all the way to ensure that their team emerges the winner at the end of the day.
What started out as a journey of 16 contestants was cut down to 14 as the first two evicted contestants bade farewell to their counterparts who remained in the house to continue the battle on who will emerge as The Next Titan. Fourteen turned to 12 and now with top nine in the academy house of the show as we gradually approach the finish line of this race and with the grand finale scheduled for 18th December 2016, where the winner will go home with five million naira, and a brand new Ford Ecosport courtesy of Coscharis Motors
