O’GOODNESS! KENNY SAINT BEST’S CULINARY DREAMS COME TRUE
If you ask anyone who is close to the gospel musician cum politician, now restaurateur about her passion for food, they will probably tell you the same thing: It is strong and unquenchable.
From that age of 12 when she was introduced to the culinary world by her older sister Moji Dokpesi who is a greater cook, her culinary flame has never died. She continued to sit at her feet.
Over the years, Kenny Saint Best has meticulously nurtured her proclivity towards culinary business. Her first baby steps was to launch a food delivery business known as KSB’s Foodies. It was a bold step but as she continued, her dream expanded. That expansion required more training which she did and today, she is the proud owner of O’Goodness Food Court.
Indeed, it is a dream come true for her as she radiated with beautiful smiles at the unveiling of the food court. Her siblings Moji and Kenny Ogungbe, alongside her children, long-time friend Essence and other well-wishers were present at Olowu street, Ikeja where the food court is located.
With delicacies named after entertainers like Don Jazzy, including her brother Kenny, KSB is poised to give unforgettable palate delight to foodies. For her, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
“I want people to eat my meal and exclaim ‘Oh goodness! What a meal’. Thus the name O’Goodness,”
Her siblings were only too overjoyed to see the 49 year-old celebrity add another feather to her cap. O’Goodness offers local cuisines done with panache and are also available online.
