Homework Plans Affordable Luxury with Units of Terraces

Homework Developmen­t and Properties Limited, a real estate company, has commenced work on one of its new mini estates, dubbed Dunvale Court.

The mini estate is designed to have one bedroom and two bedroom flats, as well as three and four bed terraces, as part of efforts in ensuring the availabili­ty of affordable luxury properties in the country.

The Director, Homework Developmen­t and Properties Limited, Arc. Jide Adekola assured that the mini estate, which is currently ongoing and up for sale off plan, would feature innovative architectu­ral designs. “It will be spacious, cozy and located on a land mass of over 7,133 square metres. It is tailored to cater for the upwardly-mobile family lifestyle fit for investment and features family-friendly facilities like a gym, garden, playground, swimming pool, central water supply and central sewage amongst others ,” he further said.

The mini estate will be secured with a three-gate security point, CCTV surveillan­ce to boost security, treated water and a minimum of 18 hours guaranteed power supply.

For easy purchase, Adekola said subscriber­s could make 40 percent advance payment with the balance spread over 12 months.
