Serial Sodomist Arrested for Raping Minor

The Lagos State Police Command weekend, finally arrested businessman and father of two, Emmanuel Ekeocha, 36, for allegedly raping an 11-year-old boy (names withheld).
The suspect was finally arrested after being caught and released on four different occasions for carrying out the same act in his Ikotun residence.
THISDAY can exclusively report that the married man and father of two, who owns a boutique in Lagos, is currently in police custody.
Although Ekeocha has denied the allegations, the state Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Chike Oti, told THISDAY that they were waiting medical reports before going ahead with prosecution.
Oti said: “The division that transferred him to gender unit of the command said it was the fifth time Ekeocha was caught in the act. He denied the first four times he was accused.”
According to Oti, the command was currently awaiting the medical results from Mirabel Centre to confirm the allegations, adding that the case may appear in court on Monday
In another development, the Ogba Magistrate Court Lagos denied Suleiman Mohammed, 50, bail for allegedly raping a 13-year-old boy (names withheld) at his residence at Isale-Oja, area of Agege.
The suspect, was said to have been arrested after the survivor raised alarm that drew the attention of neighbours and residents.
Upon interrogation, Mohammed admitted that he pleaded with the boy to allow him penetrate him anally as he gets sexual pleasure from sleeping with small boys.
He however claimed that he released the youngster when he declined his offer.
Although the suspect denied penetrating the boy, the survivor claimed that Mohammed, having stripped him naked and begged him for anal sex, abused him sexually.
Despite Suleiman’s plea, the presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, denied him bail.
