The panelists shared insights on how to leverage on innovation and technology, to being adequately prepared for the techdriven future, with the sole aim of addressing the digital transformation in business, and how it can be the key to economic development in Africa.
Other topics considered in the sessions are, ‘Transforming Disruption into Opportunities: The Critical Role of Regulators’; and ‘Cash and the Digital Age: The Legal Implications of Blockchain, AI and Smart Contracts’.
Mrs. Toyin Anjous-Ademuyiwa, Director, Creativity & Innovation, Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation delivered the Keynote address.
Anjous-Ademuyiwa said the public service is one of the oldest institutions the world, adding that, it is traditionally bureaucratic and hierarchical in nature.
Represented by Abdur-Rahman Lekki, she noted that, institution requires winning strategies from time to time to align with present day reality for creativity, innovation and improved service delivery.
“The Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation, is focused on its role in this regard”, she added.
