-

Prominent society matriarch and celebrated stockist of luxury jewellery, Otunba Folashade Risiquat Adunni Adesoye is set to host the wedding of her daughter, Mayomi Khafilat, in the first quarter of 2020.

A few weeks ago, the first leg of the wedding ceremony between Mayomi and her fiancé, Eyimofe Tolulope Gbadamosi, kicked off with an introduction ceremony (writing-in), which took place in Lekki, Lagos state.

The bride’s father, Aare Fatai Ogedengbe, is a very prominent businessman and society personality. The groom’s family, the Gbadamosis, were well received during the ceremony. And they were full of joy as they received Mayomi with so much love.

The wedding proper is slated to hold in the second and third weeks in March 2020. Friends and associates of the bride’s parents were on the ground to lend their support.

It was a powder blue colour code affair, as the female guests wore powder blue lace and aso-oke for the event.

The bride’s mother, Shade Adesoye is one of the most celebrated society ladies in Nigeria.

She owns a jewellery store, Jewellery Affairs, which is situated within the premises of Civic Center, Ozumba Mbadiwe Street, Victoria Island.

She has been trading in jewellery for over 30 years and was operating from home before she opened her store in 2007.

And over the years, she has come to win the love and adulation of many notable society ladies, who patronize her, for her exquisite stock of diamonds and luxury gold.

Beyond her good sense of business style, Shade, the beautiful wife of a prominent businessman, Otunba Gboyega Adeshoye, is also an embodiment of humility and warmth.

Notable among the guests who graced the event were Otunba Alao Akala, Senator Musiliu Onanikoro, Senator Buruji Kashamu, Sir Olu Okeowo and wife, Bukky Alli-Balogun, Joke, Olori Sekinat Aramide Elegushi, Oba Lateef and Olori Risikat Adams, Demola and Morufat Shabi, Tunde and Funke Akinyera, Jokotade and Mufuti Savage, Bimbo Shabi, Laide Fowosere, and wife.
