TOO MANY BAD EGGS AMONG NIGERIAN PASTORS

Last week, I wrote something about a great pastor that did not really sit well with some of his followers. Calls were made and received. You see, one of the things about me, is that he no dey hard me to say sorry o. I will quickly say the sorry, you sef go weak. So I say sorry to you sir and all the members who felt so strongly even as I beg them not to carry my name to the Lord in prayers. All na play ooo. Kai, too touchy. Na joke na. But anyways as I swear not to go near the holy profession again, something just happen again. A Nigerian pastor in Atlanta in the US was accused of not only sleeping with a member of the church but also tried to sleep with her daughter. The long-suffering husband/father came to the church to give the pastor the disgrace of his life. Just as we all started thinking maybe it was just a calculated attempt to humiliate the pastor since there was a struggle for church ownership, the video of the pastor stark naked holding his manhood in a very stupid attempt at seducing the young girl emerged. Mbok, I nearly die from anger. A pastor and father himself looking so damn stupid on the video, holding and stroking his manhood and doing things I cannot say on this page - please contact me with your FIRS verified taxpayer’s receipts if you want to see the video. What is even wrong with these pastors, why has the profession fallen to such low levels of disrepute? It is sad, now the profession has been so tarnished that now we all look at them with one kind eye. Different kinds of stories from fraud to sexual crimes and all sorts seem to be their lot. This is sad. My father, two grandfathers were pastors and all these kind things we dey hear and see would never have happened in their time. My immediate younger brother is a pastor proudly preaching the gospel and waiting for the spirit to catch me – he go wait tire. I really pray that the profession be cleansed from within because in these times they remain the last bastion of support and hope for the people. Kai, you should see this video ewwwwwww.
