Daily Trust: What are some of the new poli­cies you in­tend to im­ple­ment in or­der to make Hajj eas­ier for Plateau pil­grims?

One of the car­di­nal re­spon­si­bil­i­ties of the Board is to un­der­take one of the pil­lars of Is­lam in re­spect of Hajj. We have to make sure that the wel­fare of any­body go­ing to Hajj is taken care of be­cause you are leav­ing the coun­try to an­other coun­try. We have to see to their well­be­ing and make sure that wher­ever they are stay­ing in both Mecca and Me­d­ina they are in a safe place and with min­i­mum stress. We have to make sure they are stay­ing very closer to the two holy mosques. Now we in­tend to en­sure that the pil­grims do not suf­fer as they did in the past where pil­grims used
