Shoptomydoor promises 24-hour refund policy

Freight firm, Shoptomydoor, has pledged a 24-hour refund policy in full on amount spent on any item and the cost paid to ship from USA or UK, if anything happens to the shipment.

The firm is raising the bar in the delivery of stress-free shipping services that suit customer’s changing lifestyles and needs.

In a statement emailed from the organization, it explained that although, shipping is usually not the first thing people worry about when shopping, except from international online stores in USA or UK.

According to it, stores like Amazon, eBay, Zappos, Kenneth Cole that does not ship to Nigeria, Ghana or Kenya have been bridged by Shoptomydoor.

The Chief Executive Officer/ Managing Director of Shoptomydoor, Nduka Udeh, said the refund policy is designed to ensure customers are fully protected and cared for if anything happens to their package.

He said having a service with over 40 well-trained staff and good equipment the firm have a zero to 0.5 per cent record in terms of damages or missing item.
