I laughed when I read that a Nigerian medical doctor, Michael Thompson Williams Ujowhzi, confessed to hacking into the accounts of popular celebrities and even boasted of his escapades as a hacker, saying he monitored movie actors and actresses in the US.

He spoke of diverting funds online into a secured credit card which he used to buy any kind of powerful software online and get more knowledge online. The guy even described Nigerian banks as very easy to hack into. Well, first, this shows that the Nigerian banking system has a task before it, and secondly, the Nigerian authorities should get closer to this guy and use him positively for the nation’s development while also recognizing his offence and acting as appropriate.
