The Nor­we­gian Busi­ness As­so­ci­a­tion (Sin­ga­pore) re­cently an­nounced the sev­enth edi­tion of the Nor­way-Asia Busi­ness Summit. The summit takes place from 16 to 18 April 2018 at the iconic Fuller­ton Ho­tel. The ho­tel is a water­front land­mark and of­ten de­scribed as “one of the most iconic colo­nial build­ings” which has de­fined Sin­ga­pore’s sky­line since the 1920s.

Nor­way-Asia Busi­ness Summit is Nor­way’s largest re­cur­ring Asian event and gath­ers busi­ness lead­ers, gov­ern­ment of­fi­cials, academia and me­dia for a dis­cus­sion on how Nor­way can af­fect and be in­flu­enced by the world’s big­gest con­ti­nent.

Since Sin­ga­pore hosts the largest num­ber of Nor­we­gian en­ter­prises in Asia, the summit rep­re­sents a mag­nif­i­cent op­por­tu­nity to ex­pand your net­work of con­tacts as healthy at­ten­dance is ex­pected.

This year, the main top­ics for the Summit will be within ship­ping, off­shore, en­ergy and new tech­nolo­gies. The Summit will fo­cus on how the rapid dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion and trans­for­ma­tion process will im­pact the in­dus­tries and the busi­ness en­vi­ron­ment in which the Nor­we­gian com­pa­nies in Asia are op­er­at­ing. Fur­ther, the summit will fo­cus on new op­por­tu­ni­ties for start-ups and in­volve suc­cess­ful en­trepreneur­ships and up and com­ing com­pa­nies in Asia. Fi­nally, the Summit will give at­ten­tion to the ASEAN re­gion, es­pe­cially on po­lit­i­cal and eco­nomic trends.

The list of speak­ers at the 2018 summit is power-packed and ar­tic­i­pants can ex­pect to come away from the summit mo­ti­vated, per­haps en­light­ened and hope­fully equipped with lots of new con­tacts to fa­cil­i­tate your work.
