Hardik, Rahul suspended pending inquiry
Hardik Pandya and Lokesh Rahul have been suspended from all forms of cricket pending an inquiry into their controversial comments on a recently aired TV show. The Committee of Administrators (CoA) that is overseeing the functioning of the BCCI has sent fresh show-cause notices to the players, asking them for a response within seven days. The pair will return to India and miss the remainder of the Australia and New Zealand tour.
Scotland calls up Neill, Greaves for Oman tour
Scotland has named the uncapped Adrian Neill and Chris Greaves in its 14-member squad for its firstever tour of Oman, where it will feature in a T20I quadrangular series, from February 13-17, that also involves Netherlands and Ireland, followed by a 50-over series against the hosts. The quadrangular series will be played on February 13, 15 and 17, before the ODI series gets underway.
