-

Guests are in for an unforgettable three days as Anantara al Jabal al Akhdar Resort is hosting the season’s most highly anticipated event, Royal Affairs. From November 6-8, the resort’s iconic viewing platform, Diana’s Point, provides the backdrop for a series of culinary delights created by world-renowned Greek Chef, Nikolaos Koulousias, one of the selected chefs for the wedding of the now Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Guests will be offered a selection of menus based on dishes from the Royal Wedding menu with a blend of local flavours. Pomegranate and rosewater will feature in the specially-designed menus, giving guests a taste of Oman with royal flair.

Dagmar Symes, general manager of Anantara al Jabal al Akhdar Resort, said, “All hands are on deck as we gear up to welcome Chef Niko to the Green Mountain. At Anantara al Jabal al Akhdar Resort our aim is to always delight our guests with unique and unforgettable experiences and our Royal Affairs event, combining world-class cuisine and an iconic location, certainly hits the mark.”

With a variety of exclusive packages available throughout the three days, guests can look forward to an evening cocktail reception, in-room signature amenities by Chef Niko himself and an autographed signature menu to take home. Set atop Oman’s picturesque Hajar Mountains, surrounded by natural beauty, the resort offers the perfect setting for a complete royal indulgence.
