Spice up your life with a visit to Oman’s first perfume show
To support the growth and success of entrepreneurs behind perfumes and beauty brands, the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC) along with Vega Intertrade & Exhibitions opened the Oman Perfume Show on Tuesday. The first-of-its-kind show is a platform to recognise, and celebrate independent perfumes and beauty brands.
Speaking to Muscat Daily, Ragab Abdel Waged Mohamed, sales and marketing manager Vega Intertrade and Exhibitions, organisers of the event, said, the exhibition will feature fragrances, colognes, aroma compounds, incense, essential oils and oud.
“In addition to perfumes the show also features cosmetics, skincare products, hair, nail and salon supplies, personal care and hygiene products.
“The products on offer will also cater to the growing preference for natural and organic choices. B2B and B2C exhibitors from across the world are recognising the significance of Oman as a growing market for perfumes, beauty and wellness products,” he said.
Mohamed also said the fair is a promising meeting ground for manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, importers, exporters, distributors, dealers, beauty professionals, consultants, trainers, cosmetologists and government agencies. “The exhibition is a place for all those interested in the latest trends in beauty, health and wellness, and the newest offerings in perfumes.”
Eng Said Salim al Shanfari, chief executive officer, OCEC, said, “We provide state-of-theart venues which cater to all kinds of events. The centre has been designed to meet the needs of different events. We are keen to make each and every single event at OCEC an unforgettable experience.”
The exhibition will conclude on December 7.
