Al Bashayer livestock available across Oman for consumption

Oman’s first and the region’s largest integrated red meat project, Al Bashayer Meat Company, has announced that its livestock is now available across Oman for consumption.

Spread over an area of 9sq km in Thumrait, Dhofar, with a capital of RO37mn, the meat company is set to meet the demand for healthy disease-free livestock.

Al Bashayer livestock is available through its registered distributors, having farms across the regions.

Established by the Oman Food Investment Company in line with the national objective of being self-sufficient in meeting the red meat requirements, Al Bashayer is providing healthy disease-free livestock, fresh, tasty healthy halal meat for all. With its state-of-the-art facility and disease-free farms, Al Bashayer is committed to provide fresh, healthy and tasty halal meat and brings the advantage of convenience to all by serving as a one-stop solution to secure quality meat for varied needs.

The company’s integrated facility in Thumrait includes farms, feedlots, a state-of-the-art abattoir and processing plant, follow ing exacting standards of Sharia’a compliance, safety, hygiene and quality control to ensure purity and taste.

Additionally, the livestock at Al Bashayer is only given natural and grain feed to provide the highest quality meat to its consumers.

At the processing plant, extensive measures have been put into place to make sure no contaminations occur. The use of modern technology such as vacuum and MAP during packaging ensures only the best product with the best taste is offered to the consumers.
