Awasr announces a revision of its packages

Awasr users can now make the most of the highest internet speeds, the best entertainment service from Jawwy TV and the Safenet home security solution. Its full-fibre end-to-end network ensures uncompromising reliability and unparalleled security, while its popular OTT platform, Jawwy TV, offers rich media entertainment content for all the users.

Awasr Plus has taken its download speed from 50 Mbps to 200 Mbps and its upload speed from 10 Mbps to 50 Mbps for just RO40 per month. The DYS (Double Your Speed) option offers customers 400 Mbps instead of 100 Mbps for just RO10 on top of the Plus package which will also double the speed of the upload to 100 Mbps.
Awasr Ultra also offers a generous boost to its download speed, going from 150 Mbps to 500 Mbps, while the upload speed has been enhanced for 35 Mbps to 125 Mbps. Along with that, users also get free Jawwy TV and Safenet in both these packages. Those opting for Awasr Giga can enjoy a discounted price of RO99 from the original price of RO149.
“At Awasr we understand that customers required upload speeds to be supporting their current utilisation especially with COVID-19 and the need to upload documents and files, hence we didn’t only update our download speed we made sure that the upload speeds are also taken into consideration,” added Ismaily.
