Team ARTT launches kits
Team ARTT (Arabian Region Travel and Tourism), launched their match kits in the presence of Ajay Pandey (OmanTech), Mohd Laibu (OmanTech), Idris Solanki (S M Homes) and Noushad Ismail (Al Mardhouf Shopping) at the Oman Cricket Turf Grounds.
Due to the coronavirus concerns and to implement social distancing, very few people attended the function and the rest were hosted online.
Madhu Jesrani, Duleep Mendis (CDO Oman Cricket), Ali Anwar (ARTT), Nilesh Mehta (Muscat Pharmacy), Anil Khimji (Khimji Ramdas), Kiran Asher (Al Ansari Group of Companies), Raju Appanapalli (Appetite Restaurant), Sunil Kumar (Oman Oasis), Mangaldas Kamat (KR Paints) and Mazin al Wahibi (Body Master Gym) sent their best wishes to the entire team and it’s management on this occasion.
Pranav Mehta emphasised the reasons for the changes in the kit from the last season.
“We had a few negative factors in our team last year, we have got rid of them and made a fresh new start. Hence we have orange at the bottom, which indicates a sunrise (new beginning). The red indicates the positive and attacking style of game play which we want to represent.
“The navy blue colour signifies trust, loyalty, wisdom and confidence.”
Team ARTT will be playing their first match against Earnst and Young on October 30.
Last year as well, both these teams played the first match, where Team ARTT came out triumphant in a one-sided affair.
