RAW Coffee comes to Oman

UAE’s favourite coffee roasters, RAW Coffee Company has officially expanded their footprint in the GCC region by partnering with DHL and launching a GCC wide distribution of their freshly roasted specialty coffee beans. Countries included in the delivery route are Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

The decision to extend their delivery offering into other markets came in response to the demand from consumers outside the UAE. RAW’s online sales over the last 12 months have increased by 70 per cent and thus, they realised the need to bridge the gap and provide customers with a smooth and efficient delivery solution.

RAW started off as bootleggers, bringing coffee beans to Dubai in suitcases from their favourite roasteries around the world.

It was established in July 2007 as founder, owner & managing director, Kim Thompson, and owner and CEO, Matt Toogood decided it was time to fill the gap for freshly roasted specialty coffee. The coffee beans used at RAW are all organically certified, roasted in small batches, and available to sample from their warehouse roastery, either as single origins or blends.
