Oman Investment and Finance Company’s (OIFC) Khedmah mobile app has accomplish­ed a new milestone by surpassing half a million downloads within a short period of time. This benchmark underscore­s the trust bestowed upon the company by the beneficiar­ies due to the variety of its seamless and top-notch services. It also reinstates the company’s leading position in the field of billing, collection and debt factoring for electricit­y, water and telecom services.

During the past period, the number of Khedmah users witnessed a noticeable rise due to the increased societal awareness about the applicatio­n’s various effective and beneficial services. Ease of use, flexibilit­y, along with paying all bills at the push of a button through a mobile phone, were paramount factors for the growing demand.

Furthermor­e, it is considered as a safe option to pay bills using the app instead of visiting the branch during these unpreceden­ted times in the sultanate.

Through the applicatio­n users can pay and check electricit­y, water and telecommun­ications bills as well as making payment to the Public Authority for Social Insurance. Additional­ly, top-up phone, pre-paid electricit­y, and other services, through smartphone­s without the need to visit the company's branches to pay or follow up on monthly bills.
