Mercedes-Benz Oman offers Actros owners added peace of mind this Ramadan
Keeping commercial vehicles working at their optimum, Mercedes-Benz Oman is offering 20 per cent off on Preventive Maintenance Service Package for its Actros trucks this Ramadan.
The Service Partner offer, available exclusively from April 11 to May 11, is designed to specifically target those components that are prone to wear and tear. The comprehensive and specially customised service is available for 4x2 with 6-cylinder engines for just RO300, 6x4 with 6-cylinder engines for RO354, and 6X4 with 8-cylinder engines for RO372, plus applicable VAT extra (post VAT introduction). at MercedesBenz Service Centres in Muscat, Haima, Salalah, and Sohar.
“Prevention is better than cure and our Preventive Maintenance Service Packages are designed to maximise the operating life of components while decreasing stress on other parts,” said Gary Brown, general manager for Commercial Vehicles at Mercedes-Benz Oman.

The Preventive Maintenance Service Package is designed to ensure that each vehicle remains in peak mechanical health.
It includes engine oil (Mobil mineral oil) and filter change, manual transmission oil change, rear axle oil change, general valve lash adjustment and replacement of valve cover gaskets, replacement of diesel filter, replacement of water separator filter, replacement of air dryer filter as well a vehicle checks on oil leaks, fluid levels, diagnostic check-up of vehicle electrical system, engine compression test with diagnostic tool that gives indication on engine condition, multi-point inspection (periodic maintenance safety check), general lubrication, retightening of lug nuts on two/three axles, and vehicle washing and greasing.
