Meethaq floats exclusive offers for National Day

Meethaq, the pioneer of Islamic banking in Oman from Bank Muscat, has begun the countdown to the sultanate’s 51st National Day celebratio­ns with a number of special deals and offers for customers. Customers will be eligible to receive exciting rewards and gifts as part of this special promotion, which shall continue till the end of December 2021, a press release said.

All existing and new customers of Meethaq are eligible for cash incentive of RO51 when opening a Term Deposit of RO5,000 or more for a period of 3 years and above. New Meethaq customers can also get gift voucher of RO51 on starting a Hafawa Priority Banking relationsh­ip with a deposit of RO30,000 during this period. Meethaq Credit cardholder­s will also get a chance to win RO51 every month for a period of three months if they are amongst the 100 highest spenders each month.

Meethaq is also offering an attractive profit rate of only 4.99% to customers who apply for home, auto and personal financing facilities during the National Day campaign. All new and existing Meethaq customers availing fresh financing from the bank can benefit from this offer, which is available for Omani nationals working in government institutio­ns as well as semi-government and Tier 1 companies.

Another exciting offer is that Hafawa Private Banking Customers will be given free locker services on booking a locker for a full year, while a massive 75% special discount on annual rentals for safe deposit lockers for the 1st year is available to all customers having an account with Meethaq. Customers can book a locker at any Meethaq branch, which offers safe deposit locker services.

On the joyous occasion of the 51st National Day, Meethaq has allocated total prize money worth RO51,000 to be given away to 51 lucky winners during the special National Day draw. Eligibilit­y for the draws is based on an average weekly balance of RO100, and customers will have more chances of winning if they maintain higher balances in their Hibati savings accounts.
