SQU to celebrate graduation of students on Nov 5, 13

Muscat - Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) will celebrate the graduation of its 33rd batch comprising 2,912 students on November 5 and 13.

The first ceremony - for students from human sciences colleges - will be held under the auspices of H E Dr Mahad Said Ba’owain, Minister of Labour, on November 5. The batch comprises 1,691 graduates from the colleges of law, education, economics and political sciences, arts and social sciences.

On November 13, the second ceremony will see the graduation of students from science colleges. It will be held under the auspices of H E Dr Rahma Ibrahim al Mahrooqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. The 1,221-strong batch includes students from the colleges of engineering, medicine, health sciences and others.
