SET RELEVANT GOALS
You don't need to achieve all the fitness cri
teria for entering a beauty pageant, if you don't intend entering one. You also don't need to lose weight drastically or intend to
run a marathon without first taking up morning jogs. You need to set goals you can real
istically do, considering your own lifestyle, resources, current fitness level and available time.
The goals you set should be relevant to your life, and appropriate for your health and lifestyle. If doing 20 push-ups on your toes makes you feel fit and healthy, it is a relevant
goal and you might be more committed to working toward it. If you decide to hit the gym every morning, you will be tempted to miss days, but if you keep it for alternate
days, it might be doable.
