MAKE GOALS ACHIEVABLE

While your goals should challenge you, it is important that they are also realistic. Setting

a goal of doing 20 push-ups on your toes within a week might be impossible if you are a beginner. If the target is tough and the

deadline very near, most surely you will not achieve it. So dream big, but be realistic with your own abilities.

So, give yourself three or six months to do 20 push ups on your toes – and start with

5, 10, 15, until you get there.
