National Day Holiday on Nov 30, Dec 1

Muscat - Based on the Royal Orders of His

Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, it has been decided that November 30 and December 1 will be an

official holiday for employees in units of the State’s Administrative Apparatus,

other legal entities and private sector establishments

on the occasion of the 52nd National Day.

In a statement, the Ministry of Labour said that employers may agree

with their respective employees to continue working during the above-mentioned two days, if deemed necessary, provided the workers be compensated for working

on the holiday.
