Bank Muscat named Oman’s 'Best Consumer Digital Bank’

the Best Consumer Digital Bank in Oman 2022 at the Global Finance’s Best Digital Bank Awards held in Dubai.

The winners were selected based on a number of criteria, including their strategy for attracting and servicing digital customers, success in getting clients to use digital offerings, growth of digital customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from digital initiative­s, and web/mobile site design and functional­ity, said a press release.

The award was received on behalf of the bank by Mohammed Sultan al Habsi, Chief Representa­tive at the UAE Representa­tive Office of Bank Muscat, the bank said.

Abdullah Hamood al Jufaili, Assistant General Manager, Digital Banking, said, “Bank Muscat is delighted to win the Best Consumer Digital Bank in Oman award from Global Finance once again.
