Meethaq receives Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Award in Islamic banking for 3rd consecutiv­e year


For its commitment to excellence in the Islamic banking sector, Meethaq Islamic Banking from Bank Muscat has recently won the prestigiou­s Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Award in the Islamic banking category for the third consecutiv­e year.

The award, instituted by Apex Media, was presented by H E Qais bin Mohammed al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, to Sami Bait Rashid, Assistant General Manager, Meethaq Personal Banking. The ceremony took place at the Sheraton Oman Hotel, Muscat, in the presence of Saleh Zakwani, Executive Chairman of Apex Media, and was attended by various distinguis­hed guests, including high-profile individual­s such as their Highnesses, Excellenci­es, chairmen, managing directors, CEOS, and other senior officials.

The Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Award recognises outstandin­g brands in the sultanate based on public feedback, serving as a testament to the public’s confidence in brands that have solidified their position as leaders in the minds of customers.
