Bank Muscat, PDO, Ideal International and TECS reach A Division T20 League semifinals
The A Division T20 League saw thrilling action and close contests in the quarter-finals, with Bank Muscat, PDO, TECS, and Ideal International securing their spots in the semi-finals.
Bank Muscat faced a shaky start after Sarco LLC posted a modest 110, losing six wickets within the powerplay. But thanks to Adnan Ul Haq's crucial 46 and Saumya Sampat's fighting 33, they chased down the target with four wickets to spare, booking their place in the next round.
PDO dominated their quarterfinal with a mammoth 215 runs on the board. The partnership between Abdul Naveed (75) and Azhar Habib (116) laid the foundation, while disciplined bowling restricted ABL Task to 174, securing a 41-run victory for PDO.
TECS beat Douglas/al Jadidi by seven wickets while Ideal International defeated AER, also by seven wickets.
