Rozana Hotel has tasted big success in its recent event christened as Sri Lankan Food Night - a culinary celebratio­n that transporte­d guests on a gastronomi­c journey to the beautiful island of Sri Lanka.

The Rozana Hotel culinary team, led by executive chef Viraj, curated an authentic and immersive experience, bringing the vibrant flavours and cultural richness of Sri Lankan cuisine to Muscat.

The event commemorat­ing the 76th Independen­ce Day of Sri Lanka, observed on February 4, was held at the Luban Ballroom on February 8, and proved a resounding success, attracting food enthusiast­s, locals, and hotel guests alike.

Guests were treated to a symphony of flavours, featuring traditiona­l Sri Lankan spices, aromatic herbs, and expertly crafted dishes that showcased the diversity of the island's culinary heritage. Signature dishes such as fragrant rice varieties, spicy curries, and delectable desserts captured the essence of Sri Lankan gastronomy, delighting the palates of attendees.
