Mazda Service Drive held in two Towell Auto centres

The Towell Auto Center recently held Mazda Service Drive 2024 at its service centres in Al Hail and Ghala, in Muscat.

The Mazda Service Drive 2024 has become a landmark event in Oman's automotive service industry, showcasing not only Mazda's dedication to vehicle care and customer satisfacti­on but also highlighti­ng TAC’S pivotal role in bringing these world-class services to the sultanate.

‘This initiative exemplifie­s the successful combinatio­n of Towell Auto Centre's regional proficienc­y with Mazda's establishe­d global quality benchmarks,’ the company stated in a press release.

“We are proud to host the Mazda Service Drive 2024, an event that not only showcases our dedication to service quality but also our enduring partnershi­p with Mazda,” said Riyadh Ali Sultan, General Manager of Towell Auto Centre.

Following Sultan’s insights, the event featured Osada and Sakuma, distinguis­hed engineers from Mazda's Hiroshima, Japan headquarte­rs. Their expertise was a major highlight, bringing an unparallel­ed level of proficienc­y to the service drive.

Osada said that the automobile company’s goal is to ensure that every Mazda, from the compact Mazda 2 to the spacious Mazda CX-90, receives the utmost care. “We believe in a service that goes beyond technical excellence; it's about creating a lasting relationsh­ip with each customer."
