This innovative initiative aims to provide individuals and SME customers with a seamless banking experience designed to make banking more rewarding, a press release said.
The Doorstep Banking Unit is comprised of a dedicated direct sales team equipped to handle a wide range of banking services, from account openings to cards, and Insurance queries. Operating with utmost flexibility, the team ensures that customers can avail these services at their residence, office, or any location of their choice, eliminating the need for a visit to the branch.
The Direct Sales Unit offers comprehensive solutions, including managing POS machines, salary accounts, shop insurance, health insurance for workers, as well as cards. Operating throughout the day, the team ensures that SME clients receive prompt and efficient service to meet their business requirements.
