Bankdhofar provides services at doorsteps

Bankdhofar, a pioneering financial institutio­n in Oman, continues to a qualitativ­e shift in the banking experience with its Direct Sales Unit, offering doorstep banking services across governorat­es including Muscat, Al Sharqiyah, Al Dakhliyah, Al Batinah, and Dhofar.

This innovative initiative aims to provide individual­s and SME customers with a seamless banking experience designed to make banking more rewarding, a press release said.

The Doorstep Banking Unit is comprised of a dedicated direct sales team equipped to handle a wide range of banking services, from account openings to cards, and Insurance queries. Operating with utmost flexibilit­y, the team ensures that customers can avail these services at their residence, office, or any location of their choice, eliminatin­g the need for a visit to the branch.

The Direct Sales Unit offers comprehens­ive solutions, including managing POS machines, salary accounts, shop insurance, health insurance for workers, as well as cards. Operating throughout the day, the team ensures that SME clients receive prompt and efficient service to meet their business requiremen­ts.
