Cyber Security & Cloud Conference to focus on future cyber resilience
The inaugural edition of Muscat Daily’s Cyber Security and Cloud Conference is set to bring together industry leaders, innovators and subject matter experts for a deep dive into the latest trends, challenges and advancements shaping cyber security and cloud services. Supported by Oman Banks Association, the conference scheduled for June 5 in Muscat promises a dynamic lineup of expert-led sessions, panel discussions and case study presentations. Notably, the event will also honour outstanding achievements in cyber security and cloud services through awards.
Over 100 delegates, including policymakers, CISOS/CIOS/ CDOS and IT heads, cyber security and cloud solutions providers, consultants in cyber crimes and digital forensics, risk and compliance professionals, and innovation leaders will attend the conference focusing on sectors including banking and finance, oil and gas, power, telecom, defence, healthcare, legal, manufacturing and transport.
The conference will cover a wide range of focus areas, each addressing important aspects of the changing digital security landscape. It will look at upcoming cyber security challenges with new technologies, with experts examining the impacts of these advancements. It also aims to discuss advanced threat detection - using AI and machine learning - to strengthen defences against sophisticated cyber threats.
