The group has been awarded its First interior fit out project, “Hotel Citadine”, located in the heart of the city Ghubra. The apart hotel comes fitted with a range of apartment types for guests to choose from along with a list of facilities such as gymnasium, breakfast lounge and residents lounge. The interior fit-out team has successfully completed the “Mockup Setup” of Studio Apartment and 1 Bedroom, Hall & Kitchen which is highly appreciated by the client. Currently, the team is working towards execution of all dimensions of the space like flooring, wall treatments & false ceiling works. The work scope also includes the detailing of all the fixed and loose furniture, right from kitchen furniture, beds, wardrobes, chairs, sofas, decorative lamps, curtains etc. and also electronic items like HOB, hoods, microwaves.
