More freehold residential properties on Jissah ITC

Another waterfront development with freehold residential properties is coming up in an Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC) on the shores of Muscat’s picturesque Jissah Bay.

Buyers and their families of the new property — Al Mina Waterfront Residences — being developed by Barr al Jissah, will be eligible to apply for Omani resident visas.
