BankDhofar holds 2nd staff convention

BANKDHOFAR recently organised the second Staff Convention for “Together 2020” journey. The convention is organised as part of BankDhofar’s efforts for achieving its five-year plan and stressing its commitment to the principle of transparen­cy through continuous communicat­ion between staff and senior management.

The convention which was organised at Sultan Qaboos University — Grand Hall was attended by the chairman and members of the board, top executive management team and all BankDhofar staff across Oman under one roof. A number of activities took place as part of the event.

Addressing the audience, Eng Abdul Hafidh Salim Rajab al Aujaili, Chairman of the Board of Directors, highlighte­d the collaborat­ive efforts of BankDhofar’s team members and talked about the challenges faced by the organisati­on and the road to success the bank marched through, stressing that “employees are the real asset of the organisati­on and they are the key pillar of its success”. He also stressed the importance of continuing the hard work to achieve the bank’s goals and to be the bank of choice for all customers.

In his speech, Abdul Hakeem Omar al Ojaili (pictured), BankDhofar’s CEO, highlighte­d the bank’s successful journey over the past 26 years, and its vision for the future within “Together 2020” journey. He said: “Through our “Together 2020” journey we aim at achieving excellence in serving our valued customers by enriching their banking experience. On the other hand, we endeavour to create the ideal working environmen­t for our employees, which will support our approach to be at the forefront and become the best bank in the Gulf. In the current Camry, the design has been given subtle enhancemen­ts to make it look even better and feel even more exciting. Its exterior is now adorned with a chrome package that includes fog lamp garnish, chrome side protection moulding and rear bumper garnish. There also is a rear fog lamp. There is a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) to measure the pressure in tyres. The aggressive front grille and bumper make it stand apart.
