Bank Sohar conducts monthly draws

MUSCAT: Bank Sohar recently conducted the monthly draws for its popular Al Mumayaz Savings scheme in the Wilayat of Bahla under the auspices of Shaikh Abdul Aziz bin Salim al Abdul Salam, Wali of Bahla. The event, which was held at the Omani Women’s Associatio­n, played host to yet another round of successful draws.

During the event, Rajeev Arora, DGM and Head of Retail Banking, noted: “I would like to congratula­te the 32 winners of the Al Mumayaz Savings Scheme who won a total of RO 45,000 in cash prizes this month. It represents the success of the scheme not only through its comprehens­ive rewards system, but also in being a reliable savings instrument for all our customers. Over the years, the scheme has amassed a wide following across the entire range of our customer portfolio as a result of its appeal and relevance to all age groups and account holders; with the Al Mumayaz Savings Scheme there is a reward for everyone.”

I would like to take this opportunit­y to encourage our customers to continue savings and benefit from its many advantages,” he added. to the needs of job market and economic developmen­t, Gulf College has taken this sincere initiative to launch the new MBA programme. In this regard, the College Dean with members of the College Board and Students Council met twice with a significan­t number of alumni of several local and internatio­nal colleges and universiti­es who are keen to pursue their postgradua­te studies. The two sessions were held at Gulf College on November 8 and 15, 2017.
