Haya Water wins Corporate Excellence Award for 2017

MUSCAT: In recognitio­n of its outstandin­g performanc­e in the management of the wastewater project in the Sultanate, Haya Water won the Corporate Excellence Award (BIZZ Awards 2017) at a ceremony held recently in Dubai.

Haya Water was among other outstandin­g companies that were honoured at a ceremony attended by representa­tives from some of the world’s leading companies.

The award was received by Hussain bin Hassan AbdulHussa­in, CEO of Haya Water, who said: “Haya Water Company is proud to present this award to the members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Management and all Haya employees who, without their huge fruitful and endless efforts, the Company would not have been able to win this award.”

The CEO expressed his happiness for winning this award and pointed out that recognisin­g Haya as a leading company in the Middle East is considered a proof of its exemplary performanc­e based on best practices, cooperatio­n, innovation and dedication to provide services that contribute to the protection of the environmen­t and preservati­on of its natural resources.

Hussain added: “We have made this remarkable achievemen­t in the wastewater treatment sector and provided innovative and integrated solutions in the management, treatment and transforma­tion of our products into environmen­tally friendly products, and instilling a philosophy of excellence among our employees to enhance all our operations. Haya Water is also committed to build a motivating working environmen­t for its employees in order to develop them personally and profession­ally.

“In fact, since Haya is an Omani government company, we undertake to double our efforts to contribute to the economic and social progress of the Sultanate by aligning our ambitions for the developmen­t process of a prosperous future for our beloved country. The company, for 15 years since its establishm­ent, has made many achievemen­ts and it will continue its path of growth and developmen­t during the coming period with the collaborat­ive efforts of everyone”.
