Maysan Properties launched a new lifestyle neighbourhood project, Rose Village in Muscat Hills, in the capital yesterday.

Rose Village will have 39 townhouses facing the golf course.

Sadiq Jaffer Sulaiman, CEO, Maysan Properties, said, “The ownership in Rose Village is open to Omani citizens, GCC nationals and expatriates of different nationalities.”

The ownership in the project provides foreigners a resident visa for self and family members.

Rose Village will have townhouses and the villas 39 are divided into three floors with three to four bedrooms ranging from 260 to 300m.

Each villa includes a private swimming pool on the roof deck overlooking the golf course, a garden, a barbecue area, parking lots for each villa and a private elevator (on request) per villa.

Townhouses are designed to give privacy and independence to each villa, providing families with the perfect atmosphere for a comfortable living.

All villas will be equipped with branded kitchens, designed wardrobes, the central airconditioning, laundry room and a separate room for the domestic helpers.

The project has been named Rose Village as it will be surrounded by a rose garden with flowers imported from several countries.

The financing will be available and the interested buyers can purchase through direct payments linked to progress of construction or mortgage schemes through a local bank.

For those paying the full amount, a special discount will be offered.

The construction of the first phase of the project will start in September 2018, to be completed within 18 months.

Redha Mahdi Jawad, Chairman, Maysan Properties, said, “We at Maysan properties focus on creativity and innovation by investing in knowledge and through commitment to teamwork.

“Maysan has an ambitious business plan to provide stylish real estate projects in the country and we are proud of our relationship with Muscat Hills based on trust, mutual understanding and common vision.”

The Muscat Hills project is located at Airport Heights and there has been an increasing demand for flats at Muscat Hills, where the occupancy rate is currently more than 80 per cent.
