Bank Muscat Jadara Academy launches Middle Management Programme

MUSCAT: Bank Muscat Jadara Academy, a unique management development programme to build a potential leadership pipeline, has launched the first batch of ‘Middle Management Programme I — Cambridge Faculty’. Fortythree participants from various departments are attending the programme delivered through Maris Strategies, a business thinktank company that provides innovative research, consulting, advisory services and executive education training to organisations delivering products and services for emerging and frontier market customers.

The programme will take participants on a learning journey consisting of assessing global best practices to interpret emerging trends in the financial services industry, and apply this knowledge to the markets in which the bank operates.

The programme consists four modules covering the fundamentals, developing business intelligence, strategic thinking and tactical actions, management skills, ethics and communication.
