Bank Muscat Jadara Academy launches Middle Management Programme

MUSCAT: Bank Muscat Jadara Academy, a unique management developmen­t programme to build a potential leadership pipeline, has launched the first batch of ‘Middle Management Programme I — Cambridge Faculty’. Fortythree participan­ts from various department­s are attending the programme delivered through Maris Strategies, a business thinktank company that provides innovative research, consulting, advisory services and executive education training to organisati­ons delivering products and services for emerging and frontier market customers.

The programme will take participan­ts on a learning journey consisting of assessing global best practices to interpret emerging trends in the financial services industry, and apply this knowledge to the markets in which the bank operates.

The programme consists four modules covering the fundamenta­ls, developing business intelligen­ce, strategic thinking and tactical actions, management skills, ethics and communicat­ion.
