Royal Decree prohibits use of State Emblem as trademark

Article 3 cancels all that contradicts the attached Law or contravenes its provisions.

Article 4 says this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from the day following its date of publication.

Royal Decree No 30/2018 promulgates the system of calculation of guarantee for real estate development projects.

Article 1 enforces the provisions of system of calculation of guarantee for real estate development projects, attached to this Decree.

Article 2 instructs the Minister of Housing to issue the bylaw/regulation and decisions necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this system, after liaising with the Ministry of Tourism and the Central Bank of Oman.

Article 3 says that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced after six months from its date of publication.

Royal Decree No 31/2018 on the appointment of a Secretary-general for Military Affairs at the Royal Office.

Article 1 promotes Brigadier Hamad bin Nasser bin Abdullah al Nabhani to the rank of Major-general and appoints him as Secretarygeneral for Military Affairs at the Royal Office. Article 2 says that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from the date of issue.
