Complementing the rapid growth of the city of Duqm in Al Wusta Governorate, the first international school will open its doors to the local populace on September 15.
A’soud Global School, which offers Cambridge international curriculum, will intake 200 pupils from kindergarten level to grade 5 in the first phase for the academic year 2019-2020 and will continue to add upper preparatory and senior school for preparing children for the IGCSE in the coming years.
“We thank the SEZAD to have allowed us to open the first international school in Duqm,’ Lysa Murphy, head of primary section, said.
Located at the Rock Garden of Duqm, the state-of-the art facilities include spacious classrooms, outdoor multi-games courts, swimming and splash pools, football ground, indoor multipurpose hall, library, ICT room and laboratories.
